Abstract
This study is devoted to the development of an integrative clinical algorithm for the detection, assessment, and correction of psychoemotional disorders in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. 116 patients were examined in the study. The psychological state was assessed using the DASS scale, the Eysenck test, and Jung's typology. According to the results, it was found that the levels of depression, anxiety, and stress are related to the duration of the disease and metabolic indicators. Based on the obtained data, a clinical algorithm was developed, including stages of psychodiagnostics, risk assessment, psychocorrection, and monitoring. This model can serve to increase the effectiveness of diabetes management.
